Shavua tov and an excellent new year!
The days are lengthening, and the frequent rain that would fullfill our hopes for the garden are drying up...
So, in the meantime, here are some recommendations for warming the heart and soul:
Green garlic - Use all of it (including its green leaves) as if it was green onions, scallions, or chives but with a gentler garlicy taste. Goes well with everything! In salads, minced in tahini, on sandwiches, with stir-fry, in any cooking ... like radish sprouts, it will upgrade every dish!
Jerusalem Artichoke - A recipe for the very lazy:
Rinse the artichoke with Scotch (as if you were washing the dishes). Usually there are corners that are difficult to reach, so cut the artichoke there to allow access. Cut it all into pieces of about 3-4 cm. Put them in a pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil, then lower the flame and cook for about two hours until soft. That's it. a delicacy!!! Tell me if next time you do it with more than one package:)
Summon rain !!!! Plan for water :) Dance with your face to the sky, imagine how you connect to the cosmos and call the rain with every cell of your body ...
