Messages, messages - Please read:
1. This week you received a sample of sprouted spelt bread and a flyer with information about it. Shmuel will bring more next week, so that those who receive a box every other week will be able to sample it as well. We believe that you will find it to be very delicious, and healthy. It would be great if you all get acquainted with the bread so I can better organize the quantities we order.
2. We will have a shortage of Organic alfalfa and fenugreek seeds in the near future (I have applied for my own import license because there simply is none in the country!!), So, for the short term, I will use seeds that do not have an organic certification.

Now! We have plenty of melon and Fakus and Green Beans. Summer fruits tend to ripen suddenly and then disappear from our variety, so it is better to hurry and enjoy them now and fast while we can.
I apologize for the shortage in sprouted bread and eggs. This week I already ordered larger amounts. Please, if you can, go ahead and make your order so I can prepare accordingly.
Orange, orange, orange -- the oranges of summer.

Solanaceae- the queens of summer. We'll talk about them later in another weekly mail.
Hot, hot, hot - but when we go out to the garden in the morning, we can see the pumpkin family spreading themselves below the sky as if to get as much heat and light from the hot hot hot sun. Some of the Cucurbitaceae species even have leaves that look like hands. They're spreading their hands to the heavens.
In the middle of the day, during the hottest hours, the plant lowers his leaves and on really hot days even looks raggedy, as if attempting to turn the upper part of the leaf away from the Sun.

I'm sure that all of those who read what I write have already made the choice to receive and consume the most organic and freshest produce that can be obtained :) (unless, of course, you grow it yourself). But it is so hot that even the freshest and strongest vegetables can actually "faint" by the time it reaches you. Even I already dehydrated this summer... :)
The reason it is so important for us to receive your orders a day before the delivery, is so we can pick (and send picking lists to other growers) at the optimal time to ensure that you actually get the produce at its freshest.
