Daikon radish salad

Daikon radish salad is ideal to add to a meal rich in animal protein. The sharp daikon taste stimulates the excretion of gall bladder juices and aids in digesting fat.
Ingredients:
Daikon radish
Soy
Ginger
(you can add also vinegar)
Preparation:
Grate the daikon into long strips, season with soy and fresh ginger.
Decorate with chopped green onion (you can use grated horseradish instead of ginger).
