Paying in other methods - in the coming days you will receive two invoices showing you the amount due (these are not receipts)- You are invited to send us a check, make a transfer or give us your card details and I will be responsible for closing the account at the end of each month.
Changes for Passover:
hol Hamoed Passover, we are on vacation :)
Please take this in to consideration while making your next order.
By weekly recievers- this means you will have a 2 week gap between deliveries (hol Hamoed and the week after or before) unless you go online and make an order. We will be happy to help if you like.
Week starting on the 20.4 Monday deliveries will be moved to Tuesday and Wednesday as following:
Jerusalem will move to Wednesday night.
Ma'ale Adumim, Sheilo and their areas will move to Tuesday night.
The outskirts of Jerusalem - Mevasseret, Neve Ilan, Shoresh, Har Adar ...will move to Tuesday.
Gush will move to Tuesday.
Everything's so beautiful now!
In the garden, open areas.... it's all growing so fast due to the warm sun...
A picture is worth a thousand words?
Romaine lettuce, zucchini, green onion, red curly lettuce, new Zealand spinach.... all organic of course :)
Organic chard - all the leafy plants are very comfortable right now. Damp at night, sunny and warm during the day... perfect conditions:)
I have a feeling that these might be the last weeks before the summer begins, which will be more difficult for them.
We now have an abundance of New Zealand spinach that was hurt in the storm (same as the Swiss chard). This spinach we can now pick and pick until the weather forces it to end, as opposed to the lettuces of which the head itself is harvested, which ends the plants life.
And the lettuces are so beautiful....and delicious.
In the garden we incorporate many fragrant plants in order to both attract and repel insects, to balance the garden and maintain the crops... Here we see lavender planted next to the zucchini and lettuce.
Have a good week! A week of growth and optimal conditions for happiness and success.
Yours,
Maggie and the garden team
