Last Sunday was Yom Kippur, I hope it was easy and beneficial for those who fasted. 

It somehow feels like Yom Kippur is being extended because of the lockdown: everything is much more quietoutside, the roads are sometimes empty (especially when tightening the lockdown) and the people walking outside have a serious or worried look on their face.

The most beautiful period in the life of any fruit, in my eyes,is at the beginning of its ripening season. 

Shortly after it made itself comfortable on the shelf, when you no longer are concerned whether it may be unripe (because biting into an unripe fruit, after you've been longing for the season to begin,is definitely not fun.

It's still a transitions season outside. A few warm days, then a tiny little storm that makes us all hold our eyes to the sky in the hope of a good rain, and then again a few warm days, and who knows what will happen next week.

Organic citrus fruits. Take them to heart!

How is it that they always come exactly when you need them the most?   Nature does it best.

Lime, Lemon, Clementine, Orange, Grapefruit, Sweetie, Red Grapefruit, and Red Pomelo .
