    This week we are back to our normal delivery days!
    Next week, the week of Memorial Day and Independence Day, we will have only the following changes:
    Tel Aviv (usually Tuesdays) will be distributed on Monday.
    Ha-Ella Valley to Tzur Hadassah, Rehovot, The Gush (usually Tuesdays) will be distributed on Sunday, the 4.

  • "That you shall rise fresh like a leaf of lettuce"

    Good week my dears,
    1. When a seed does not sprout it rots. In the ground that's not a problem, we only wait and hope in vein.... In the sprout growing process, where many seeds grow together, one rotten seed can spoil them all. In the last weeks, due to misalignment between the weather and I, my plan was lacking and there were failures. So I found alternative growers to supply sprouts. If you wish to receive sprouts grown only by me J please let me know.

  • beautifull organic lettuce

    Good week,
    We are still waiting for rain and I'm reminding everyone to hope, pray, dance, sing, clap your rain-sticks, don't slander etc, etc....
    It has gotten a bit chilly in the mornings, but within a few hours we start peeling off our shirts and enjoy weather that is not so typical to the season. However, for the lettuce this season is perfect. The lettuce is in its "element". It no longer requires the shade cover it depends on during the summer, and it is growing beautifully and leisurely.

    We have definitely reached the season of nutritional leafy greens. You probably noticed this by the recent boxes. These greens can be used for almost every dish.


    Last week you received either Swiss chard or Tatsoi mustard. Although the mustard comes from a completely different family, it is used in exactly the same way: It can be eaten in many different ways - uncooked, stir fried, in soup, in quiche or as part of almost every conceivable dish.
