Warm greens salad with pecans
Ingredients:
6 cups of "greens" (leaves of mustard, turnip, broccoli, Collards, etc.)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons oil
½ cup broken pecans

Preparation:
Rinse the leaves thoroughly and dry well. Remove the large stems, tear the leaves into a convenient size for a salad and place in large bowl.
In a small bowl mix vinegar, honey and mustard. Set aside.
Heat the oil in small skillet, add the mixture and the pecans and cook, while stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Pour over the leaves and serve immediately.
