Shavoa Tov!

תפוחים אורגנים, הגינה של מגי

Trying to be organized with the start of the school year and the coming Shmita year.

Every bed in our garden gets "time off", every year so we will rely on the "Heiter Mechira" of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel (hope I wrote this correctly in English) per our Kashrut from Mateh Yehuda.

The Garden is in season transition. In the mornings it is even chilly 🙂

Draft for our baskets:

Tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, yams, potatoes, pumpkin, Butternut squash keeps months, parsley and ?.

Larger ones also: Anise Basil, Green Onion and Kale

Baskets of fruits: mangoes and pears

Larger ones: More mangoes and Sabres

There is a great diversity, but it is difficult to plan because the weather is not fixed. Please be patient regarding deficiencies.

Sweet deals on apples and dates 🙂 have a sweet, sweet year.

This week, I hope we meet guavas and nectarines.

New: Moringa – in transition to Organic and Thai Green Coconuts without Organic Certification.

Hoping for a sweet Easy Week

Yours

The Garden Staff and Maggie
