Another week has passed which brings us closer and closer to the wondrous event, the Spring Equinox! The days will be getting longer, and the nights shorter.
Can you feel Spring approaching? The fragrance of the blossoms, the sounds of the birds, the medley of tastes and colors of all the varieties that our garden offers! Let me remind you that the change from winter into Spring is characterized by many varieties of juicy and crunchy produce – green garlic, snow peas, artichoke, fava beans…and surprises in quantities…
This week, withy Pippi Longstocking, a Smurf, a cowboy, a carrot and a bumblebee (all organic, of course!)I didn't manage to write you all a weekly mail…..sorry.
and he pollinated our garden last week..
Couldn't help myself! The cutest niece and nephew around! J
