On Friday, Daniel and I worked in the shop and juice bar. It was fun J. There are good vibes here – come visit!
For some of you this is the last delivery before Shavuot:
Residents of Ramat Raziel, Tzur Hadassa, Betar Illit, Gush Etzion, Emek HaEla and Gush Dan except for Tel Aviv, this is your last delivery before Shavuot. Please take this into account in your order this week.
Summer fruits are here! And as usual, you have to grab them, because they disappear quickly.
Summer fruits are the best food for our hot and dry season. They are refreshing, nutritious and light. They give our body what it needs and make us feel good!
Loquat? Peaches, nectarines, apricots? Watermelons and melons have a longer season.
A lot of things are happening and I’m sharing with you our plans and requests for help:
Shavuot:

Calling out, branching out:
We are looking for good collaborations for the new place. It can be anything that is good for our health, the earth, the community and the mind … workshops, lectures, activities… and fun events.
Ideas, suggestions, responses and distribution are gladly welcomed!
More distributions:
We want to expand our delivery lines a bit and fill the car, which is going to you anyway. (Save some fuel and pollution, no?) Accordingly, in the next few days you will receive an explanatory email from us telling a bit about us and what we do. We would be very happy if you would distribute this message in all directions. Relatives, friends, neighbors, community groups, educational frameworks, chugim… Thanks!
If you can forward a Whatsapp message about us in your groups, please let us know at 054 753-6106 and we will provide you with a picture and a few words about us J
Feedback from you:
We would be happy to receive feedback on what we are doing, in order to optimize and improve. We're working on a short questionnaire and we will appreciate it if you answer it once it's available.
Last Friday the atmosphere was different in our new organic shop and then I realized that it was the weather that was different. It was actually rather chilly. The weather was not at all like the last few days. It was relatively gray and not so dry. And then, on Friday night I was awakened by strong rain. What fun – a sudden rain and right in place. For that I’m willing to be awakened in the middle of the night J
This year it seems to me that the dryness and heat have arrived earlier than usual. The areas around Nataf are already golden brown and the weeds are dry. In the garden I did not yet verify that all the perennials are set up with irrigation for the dry summer. (In the winter they enjoyed natural irrigation from the sky).
On Saturday we ate mulberries in the rain. A first-time experience because mulberries always ripen in the summer after the end of the rains.
So what a pleasure this little Malkosh was… but who knows, there still may be more surprises. The feeling of being willing to be amazed is always very pleasant to me.
May we be able to identify small surprises and amazements.
Good week!
To health!
Yours, Maggie and the garden team
