The final total due will be available after actual weighing of your produce on the packing day. You may check it out online on your delivery day or on the packing list that comes with your box. Also you are always welcome to check out your "order and payment report" online.
In case we are out of something, we will swap with something similar, unless you write us otherwise.

?How to order
First, register by clicking on the word ‘register’ in the upper right corner of our home page. If you know specifically what you need, We recommend you make a specific order. If you like surprises, go with the baskets.
?By when must orders be made
Orders can be made/edited/cancelled until 12:00 on the day before delivery.
?What is a standing order
A standing order is one that is renewed each week without having to do anything. This is a good option for those who want the same items each week without having to remember to make a weekly order. It is also a good option for those who want to receive a standard basket of vegetables and/or fruit, whatever is in season (see below).
?What is a weekly basket
Every week we prepare two sizes of vegetable baskets (regular and large) and one fruit basket. The vegetable baskets usually include cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce. The rest of the vegetables depend on what is available in the garden and include the healthiest and freshest of the season. The regular basket costs 90 NIS and includes 9-11 kinds of vegetables. The large basket costs 120 NIS and includes an additional four kinds of vegetable. The fruit basket costs 45 and 75 NIS.
?How will I know what will be in my basket?
When we know what fruits and vegetables are available for the upcoming week, we update the list on our website, under the Our Baskets tab.
?Must I order a basket
Of course not. Once you have registered, and the ordering system is open for the week, simply enter the site, peruse the lists of available items, and order exactly what you want. Please remember, however, nature is not always predictable and we may not have some items we thought we would have. If we are lacking an item you ordered, we will replace it with a similar item, for example, a different kind of lettuce or tomato. But if you do not want us to substitute, just make a note to this effect in the notes section of your order.
?Are the baskets more economical
The baskets are suitable for those who want a box of fresh healthful vegetables, whatever they may include. That’s the only difference.
?Is there a minimum order
Please, order whatever you want.
Do I live within your distribution area
If you succeeded to order then, yes, you are within our delivery area. In general, we deliver from Alon to Herzliya, and everywhere in between (inlcuding Jerusalem, Modiin, moshavim in the corridor, Tel Aviv).
Must I be at home when my order arrive
No. If you are not home when your order arrives, it will patiently wait for you beside your door or in any other location you specify.
?Is there a delivery charge
15-30 NIS
?Where are your pick-up stations
Pick-up stations are locations (usually the home of another person who ordered) from which you may pick-up your order and be charged a reduced delivery fee. Your carton will wait in a protected area to which you will have access and can pick it up when you want and without disturbing anyone else. Addresses of pick-up stations and estimated delivery times are indicated in personal details section. If you want to know exactly when your order will arrive, you may phone the delivery person.
?How do I pay
However you prefer – by credit card (you can fill in your c.c info online they are saved as a coded "token"), check, or cash. We bill once a week.
?What if I have other questions
